Right when you thought Facebook was just another Myspace kind-of hyped website they proved it all wrong. And here is some news to all of my Indian blog readers. Maybe you haven’t heard about this but Facebook have launched a lighter version of the most popular social networking site ever on the face of the web. It’s all Facebook just slimmer and faster. Just like the diet coke less calories but the same fun. In any case I am not a great fan of social networking sites. They are just annoying at times but my opinion cannot be yours all the time.

So just enjoy the Internet with the latest craze of Facebook Lite, oh yeah did I tell you the service is exclusively for Indians currently. Nothing to be proud about cos they know Internet speed in India sucks big time.

For you all out there who think Salman is a radical, he might be and I don’t know, but I sure know that he has a NGO trust of his own and helps alot of poor people and kids.

Twitter.com, the popular social networking site is experiencing huge downtime today. The script kiddies are at it again I suppose. Twitter is experiencing an extensive DdoS (Denial Of Service) attacks. The magnitude of the attack is said to be very high.

The micro blogging service was infamous in 2007 and 2008 for frequent downtimes but never was as long as it is today. The twitter pages load for sometime and then they are off again. So this is your ultimate chance get off the time-killing micro blogging service and relish other parts of you social life. Go take your children and wife to a park or a movie.

I really don’t understand why people get addicted to something like twitter. I have known people who just update what they are eating or drinking all the time. It’s really irritating when I come across such instances. Using it for fun is a different thing than exposing your life. I am not ranting but I can’t help it though.
