I really feel bad about this particular news. The Canadian born Indian origin goddess has been diagnosed with a rare type of cancer – Multiple Myeloma. I don’t wanna get into any details about what that cancer can do but it is a rare incurable form of cancer. Hardly about 2000 canadians are affected by it and unfortunately my favorite beauty falls into that bracket.

She is going through the medication and I wish she will recover sooner than expected. I still remember the video song “Afreen – Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan”.
